What files are needed for an In-Synch migration?
For a successful migration from In-Synch, we'll need the following files:
- A ZIP file of the C:\Program Files (x86)\In-Synch\Database folder from your In-Synch server computer. To ensure the backup is not corrupted and will not impact your current In-Synch system, shut down the In-Synch software and related services on the server before creating the ZIP file.
