What files are needed for a Metro Visual Alert migration?
For a successful migration from Metro Visual Alert, we'll need the following files:
- A backup copy (.bak file) of the "enterprise" database located on your department's SQL Server instance.

Note: We currently only offer data migration services for Metro Visual Alert Version 2. If you are still on Version 1, contact the Metro support team about upgrading to Version 2 first.
