Sometimes you'll need to know what version of Informant you are running. For example, our Support Team may also request this information when working with you, or you may want to check to see if you're on the latest version of Informant.

Here's how to find the version you are running.


Option 1: From the Informant login window

  1. If you are not in Informant, double-click the Informant icon on the desktop to open it.
  2. The Informant version number is displayed in the lower right corner of the Informant login window:


Option 2: From within Informant

  1. In Informant, click the Help menu and select About Informant.
  2. The version number is displayed in the "About Informant" window:
