The Informant Help Center is Informant's built-in online help system, and it's the recommended way to learn how to configure and use the Informant records management system and related features.

While the Informant Knowledge Base contains helpful information for installing and deploying Informant, setting up your hardware (such as label printers and barcode scanners), and getting a bird's eye view of the product through our product edition videos and feature overview videos, the Informant Help Center is the go-to resource for learning how to operate the software.

  • Make sure you or your IT has installed Informant on your computer.
  • The Informant Help Center is only available to customers with an active subscription license or customers who have one or more perpetual licenses with an active service agreement. If your subscription or service agreement has expired, contact us for renewal options.
