In general, OnPatrol works identically to Informant and shares the same user interface and features. However, there are a few specific features available in Informant that are not currently available in OnPatrol.
Features not currently available in OnPatrol
Below is a list of features in Informant that aren't currently available when accessing Informant remotely via OnPatrol:

| Merge Business records | In Informant, users can merge two or more open Business records. This feature is not currently available in OnPatrol. |
| Merge Person records | In Informant, users can merge two or more open Person records. This feature is not currently available in OnPatrol. |
| Dispatch Monitor | As a tool intended for use by dispatchers, this feature is not available in OnPatrol. |
| Call templates and Use-of-Force template | Call templates and the Use-of-Force template, if configured, are accessible in the Complaint module and DispatchMonitor when using Informant, but these are not usually accessible in OnPatrol because the template files are typically stored in a shared network folder at the station. |
